The Kefalonia Gym Festival is an event which embraces not only the athletes, the coaches, the companions but also the local people. It is a big athletic celebration of our island and at the same time it inspires those who are not familiar with Gymnastics For All to get involved and experience what Gymnastics For All offers.
Therefore, during the Festival, various events take place such as Boat Tours, Gymnastics Workshops, Beach Parties and entertainment parties. Everyone can attend these events and experience what they have to offer. The parties that stand out are the traditional event at Fragata, the Saturday beach party at Lixouri and the Sunday beach party at Makris Gialos beach.
The magic ingredient for all these … is also the Flash Mob of the event or what we call the dance of the Festival, which becomes the dance of the island during the days of the events. Young, old and children become a huge company and along with the athletes they dance with fun and joy.
