Acceptance of terms and conditions
- The athletes participate under the sole responsibility of their represented institution whom which is responsible for checking and issuing medical certificates for each athletes. By participating, the sports groups, the coaches and athletes have full knowledge of the terms and conditions. Releasing the organizers from any liability for injuries on or off the field of play before, during, or after the appearance(s) in the program, as well as all claims for loss of personal properties in any part of the performance areas.
- The participants accept or not the video recording and photography of its team. With your registration you also consent to the posting of audiovisual material (video and photos a) on the website of Kefalonia Gym Festival, as well as on the respective social media pages networking of the event.
- This declaration of the participants groups must be given to the Organizing Committee on the group leaders meeting at the Municipality Theatre of Argostoli “Kefalos’’, before the parade of the athletic groups.The participants of each group leader is COMPOLSARY at the group leaders meeting for all information concerning the Festival.
